Its kind of like a one size fits all. It has an extension that can be removed and it has velcro closure that can be made big or small. It says on tag it fits anywhere from size large to XXL.

Yes it would fit that size. The bra doesnt actually do the pumping. You have to use a breast pump and that hooks into the bra so you dont have to hold the pump and you can do other things while your pumping. I used it to pump at work so I could have hands free to eat lunch etc.
