This is a 512 mb mp3 player that runs off of one AA battery. I've had it for 3 years myself and it works great.

I may be MP3 illiterate but how many gb would that be? How many songs would that hold? Does it hold an sd card/ How much is shipping approximately?

It is 1/2 gig or 512 MB. MP3s are usually 1 meg per minute of play. Around 5 dollars in shipping.
