OK......So, I read the paperwork about 20 times and I also took out the battery......There is not a number close to either one you gave me! Also, I emailed this auction and all of the photos and information that I posted to the customer service manager and he assured me that everything I posted is completely accurate. Still waiting for an answer about the numbers you provided. Please be patient, would it help if I post a picture of the inside? It has the model # and a bunch of other numbers that may help answer your question. I can take pictures of the entire manual if you like. I will help in any way that I can.......it is very important to me that people know that this listing can be trusted.

What is the output image size 1080, if it's the ultra HD it should be but the front face looks like the previous model (720), if this is the wrong picture of the camera (4 different versions) then it's a bad thing or a good thing depending on if you sell it or the buyer. Can you verify this please.....1080?

Hi! The pictures are absolutely correct and all of the info that is listed is 100% correct as well. I am not sure exactly what you are looking at on the pictures......... could please look at all of my photos and then please get back to me so I can understand what you are referring to? Would a picture of the inside help? These are the exact photos of my order from the manufacturer and the other pics i posted, along with the manual are all identical. I would appreciate it, thanks!
