I do i do my mom always made me lemon muffins and lemon chicken. I use lemon in alot of things that they don't even know it's on

Lemon also helps with the salt intake.. if you want to cut back on your sodium use then use more lemon... that is what I do.

Ya don't do much salt was never raised with using much mom sayz its no good for ya and you can flavour foods instead of salt them
