I just purchased these for this year's season in the smallest quantity sold. Since I didn't need them all, I'm bringing this auction to Listia.

Drill holes in bottom of bucket for drainage. Add 1/3 pail of light rich soil. Put in one potato. If there are many eyes (2-3), you may only need 1/2 potato. Let grow until stems reach 4-5" and cover with more dirt. Repeat until bucket is filled. Last year I yielded 15-20 potatoes per bucket. Just tip the bucket over and shake them off. This is so great for those with limited space.
