I belive it is, I know that i do not have one of the part's it come's with but not positive. I know i hooked it up with the cords and it works while pluged in. I can try it out tonight and see if it's wireless..

Either with the cord or it is wireless. I tested them to make sure they work either way. There's a button on the head set to sink in to the 360, or you can connect it useing the a.v. cord's or the red, white in yellow.
