The listing, iPad 2 16 GB has ended.
iPad 2 white 16 GB, ships with charging cable. It is engraved with my name (not pictured due to privacy concerns).
I don't have the charger on me at the moment (you can see the battery is dead), but I'll add a picture tomorrow of the iPad turned on and working, as well as a picture of the charging cable.
So when you say no cellular , it can be used for tel calls or texting? Only emails? (I'm unknowledgable about what an IPad does. TY(I want something easy to understand , and can use right away, I don't have WiFi at home, so I can plug this into USB to charge and use it? Then if I unplug it and drive five miles will it work?
This cannot text or make phone calls. Wifi isn't required (except for setting up your iPad), but you will want it; you cannot browse the internet, send emails, etc. without wifi.
In terms of what an iPad actually does, just check out Apple's website http://www.apple.com/ipad/ . It does too much for me to summarize in comment :)
If you can give me a legitimate reason to supply the serial, I will, but this seems like very specific information that isn't really relevant to the auction and should probably be kept confidential.
I will definitely be restoring to factory settings! I'm not trying to send the winner access to my email account and all the random apps I've downloaded haha. I think "unlocked" only applies to the 3G iPads. This is wifi only, doesn't have a carrier, and doesn't need to be "unlocked".
Good, it is not noticeably different from the day I purchased it.
In terms of an hour estimate, no idea. Also, it would depend on what you were using it for, so I do not intend to try to estimate an "hours of battery life" number.
There are some VERY minor scratches on the back, but they are hardly even visible. If you look on the right side of the third photo I included, you can see two; they are roughly eyelash-sized. However, you have to look very closely to see them.
The screen on the other hand is perfect. Likewise, it performs perfectly. I would definitely classify it as "like new", although I bought it right when the iPad 2 was released, so it is a couple years old.
