Thanks for visiting us at THE CHARMED COTTAGE! Here is a vintage SUPERIOR NEEDLEWORK pattern. This is a CROCHETED BABY SET in the popular PINEAPPLE DESIGN. The set includes a sweater, bonnet and blanket or carriage cover. The pattern appears to be from the 1930s or so, perhaps a bit later. Very pretty design!

I am sorry I have not been able to respond to your 3 questions. We have been dealing with a serious family emergency, which has obviously been my priority, and I have been unable to check this. This is an original pattern. It will be shipped without any further folding; it's already been folded to fit in the original envelope.
