Mint Newer Hinged. Original gum.
Very collectable. Relatively scarce block.
For sale is a stripe of 3 stamps.

These are Romanian stamps. Stamp collectors like them since they are issued as a stripe where each other stamp is inverted (Tete Beche) which is relatively rare. You can't use them in US, maybe in romania. But they are great for collecting.
