ADSL 2/2+ Modem - You are getting the box it came in, 1 Lynx L-220 Modem, 1 printed quick start guide, 1 usb cable & 1 telephone cable i do not have anything else that goes with this (such as it needs power cord, there is no CD but you may be able to find it online the drives or your computer may be able to automatically install it i am not 100% No splitters or filters which can easily be purchased online or maybe through your local electronics store.)
