Description
The listing, Custom Aquamarine and Diamond Ring has ended.
Custom made diamond and aquamarine. The tw for the diamond is less the 1/2 carot and the setting is white gold and I think it is 10k. I can't seem to find the paperwork for it, however, it was purchased from Jared's Jewelers last March. I had it made and planned to wear it as an engagement ring and just don't so I am passing it along to another March baby...
Questions & Comments
I'm confused. in the description you said "Custom Made" , but in the comments you said you had it re-sized because it was too small when you bought it. What do you mean? Sorry, not trying to be a pain I just want to understand , if it is the only one like it , or if there are other's the same. TY
For some reason, my comments are not coming through on my phone so here we go....I found the paperwork and the diamond bond (insurance on the setting). It is 14WG (white gold). What I have does not tell me the tw on the diamonds. As for the aquamarine....I believe it is man made because it was only $25 for a one carat. I will try to verify this tomorrow.
Is there any way you could take it to the pawn shop and have them test if its natural? The value differs a lot depending on the size of the aqua and whether it is natural, as well as the color, clarity, etc.
I honestly think you could get a lot more bids if you could guarantee it is a genuine aqua, although the 14k setting is highly valuable too!
It is a very pretty and expensive ring. I have a feeling you might not get what you paid for in credits, but I certainly hope you do!
I really like this ring, but I do need to know if it is a natural stone or a lab created one. It makes a huge difference in the collectors's value. I don't buy lab created stones, is there any way you could either look on the paperwork or take it back to the store or a reputable jewelry store and get a definitive answer as to whether it is lab created or natural? F&W
A lot of people including myself would like to see if you could take this to a jeweler to see if the aqua is real. Would you mind doing that? Your bids would go a lot higher if you did! Thanks!
I'm surprised it cost only $25 for 1 carat. If it was a pale color, maybe, but it looks pretty saturated in the darker blue that is more expensive. You got a pretty good deal there!
beautiful ring, love it, 2 question right up front how much would it cost to send to 56601 and if i won it would u wet until the 23rd for the S&H my hubby gets his Social Security check that day?
