lol, it looks like something they would of carried in there purse to put out there cigs... but i dont no... i do no that when i had to clean it up it was awefull!! it was black from all the ashes... it also looks like the top is made of marble, but im not sure about that either... hopefully somebody can give us some info on this.... fingers crossed!!!

I believe it's a pocket ashtray. Ladies or gentlemen could put out their cigarettes without having to step on it and litter the street.

Sounds right to me, I just wish I could find some info on it.. but when I type in flair ashtrays I can't find anything.. I did find some that were old and very expensive to, but I couldn't find this one. :-(

It is a Vintage Ashtray used from around 1940 to 1960 The flap in last picture flips out to hold cigarette. Iv found allot of them price goes $10 to $30
They are collectable and I use mine I have
