You have to call T-Mobile and ask them for the Sim Card Unlock Code, and they will give it to you, and tell you how to do it, this is the easiest way to do it! If someone else try's to call T-Mobile, the account has to be active, so no one else can but YOU!

i believe so but not sure. here in cali you can get em unlocked for about $15 as long as you have a sim card im sure you can. but to be safe id check it out first.

no but it is wi-fi ready if you have a wireless router then you can set it up to make calls on wi-fi without waisting minutes
