RC Pet products brand. Nautical print. Large size: Length is 18inches (46cm), Girth is 20-25inches (50-64cm). Measurements came from the website for a large. First photo is the tag and what it looks like on the dog. It does have a hood. The third photo is from the website because I didn't dare unpack it from the pouch (2nd photo). I just knew I wouldn't get it back in correctly. LoL. It's lightweight, waterproof & packable. There is a snap closure on the pouch, as well as a little snap handle to hook to your belt loop, jacket, leash, stroller, etc.
