These are new with tags
I won a large lot of these on here and do not fit me or my friends so I am offering them to someone who can wear them.
The tags say 19 and 20.I believe that is 9 and 9 1/2 in US sizes.I googled it and that was the best I could figure.
If someone knows something different for sure, please let me know
