Description

The listing, Minolta Maxxum 7000 (35mm) auto focus camera *$5 ship* has ended.

Up for bids is a Minolta Maxxum 7000 auto focus camera. It has a 50mm lens with a skylight filter, owners manuals, hard case and cushioned camera bag. This is NOT digital. It is a 35mm camera.
My hubby has two of this model camera and thought I would put one on here since he mostly uses my digital camera. This worked when he used it last, but I am sure you will have to get new battery.
Any questions, just ask and hopefully I can answer.

I am asking $5.00 towards the shipping fee, but will ship free if bids go to 15,000.

Unfortunately due to the dishonesty of a very few Listia members I have to post the "fine print":
I ship twice a week unless otherwise stated so it may take up to a week for your item to arrive.
I do not include delivery confirmation, but if you would like it, it will cost $1.00 (paypal). I am NOT responsible for items once they have been mailed, and will not replace them.
My feedback speaks for my honesty as a seller.
I leave feedback after the transaction has been completed and feedback is left for me.

Thanks for looking and if you agree to the terms, good luck bidding!!

35MM are hard to find anymore. I am def watching this. I think these are better than digital for natural pics.

They really are better sometimes. We have a collection of 35mm and this was a duplicate so here it is.
Thanks for looking!

New Listian and i love your terms! Have seen some nasties on here and have already made some wonderful friends....I may have to "borrow" some of your terms =o)
I do not have enough credits at this time to bid :( working on it....I do NOT expect to be fanned either. I am making it my policy to NOT fan anyone unless it is a great transaction, a wonderful person, and/or a knowledgeable person...this way I will ONLY have a list of great LISTIAN'S!
Good Luck!

Welcome to Listia! I have generally had good experiences on here but there are just enough "problem bidders" to make it frustrating at times. I had one bidder who filed a complaint the day after the auction ended because he didn't receive his item yet! (I don't think ANYONE here ships overnight). I was hospitalized earlier this year for dehydration and had one woman who wanted her credits returned. She was afraid since I was ill, her granddaughter might get sick from the item she won. *lol* I guess there are all kinds here. I understand how you feel about fanning people. I do fan the ones that have good auctions or I deal with frequently.
Thanks for looking at this auction and good luck in your future dealings here!

Just for the record.....the Maxxum 7000 is a GREAT camera! Anyone that knows anything about 35mm cameras is aware of that! This was a high-end camera....not some piece of junk! This is a really good auction, and should garner you a large pile of credits! Good luck with it!

I would also like to mention this "fanning" business. It's turned in to a total circus! I have spoken with Listia about it because it has become so annoying. This is what Listia told me......You should EARN a fan, by listing good things, good communication, honesty, fair shipping, and just an overall pleasant experience. However....you can look at listing after listing after listing, and what you see is all this "fanned you...fan me back" crap. It has reached the point where it now doesn't mean a thing! I totally agree with Listia on this. They also told me that's it's been turned into a game of some sort. That's a shame!

Anyway, good luck with this auction! I'm sure you'll be pleased with the result!

Thankk you for your good wishes.
As far as fanning goes...I have only fanned about 16 people because I like what they have and it is the quickest way to check out what they list. I do not care to acquire a badge for it or become supposedly "popular". I almost put something in my listing about not responding to fan requests.
No biggie...I fanned a few but don't pay attention to the requests anymore.
Anyway, thanks for your comments and good luck with your own auctions here.

BTW...if you fan me, I'll fan you back. LOL

First, I am also new to Lista, I have fanned only a very few people, You brought up some great tips in your terms. I see you also do not have a problem sharing information for those looking to learn and do better. Now, you are some one I would fan because I want to watch your bids, and I could learn much from you. As someone stated before, you have earned your FAN. I do not have enough credits to bid yet, but I am sure I will in the future. Thank you for sharing all of your tips. Also, Doodlebug is another good one. I read peoples comments on their auctions because it also tells alot about them. By how they interact with people. Thank you both.

Welcome to you too Huniie! Thanks for the kind words. I try to be helpful where I can be...especially with new sellers. Not because I am a know it all, but because I remember what it was like in the beginning. I hope you find your way around in here easily and learn all the tricks. If you have any q's, just ask me. If I can help, I will.

You're funny! 1 hour from Pgh is a good ways from NE, PA. Here i was in hope of up picking it up & you giving a short course on how to use it. 1 hr from Pgh places you @ 3 hours west of my location. I'm barely NE more like central PA, which Hbg is considered.
Anyway, I would really love learning how to use something this nice. BTW graeve asked if it comes with a flash attachment....does it?

You're welcome! I can't believe this is not getting any bids...it is a great camera that takes beautiful pics. My hubby put new batteries in and put new batteries in the flash (which is a Vivitar). This is an exceptional bargain!!!
