Yes this will work. This ram was actually pulled from a working Dell Latitude D620 but the machine had a broken screen. Please note that this is not a single 2GB RAM module, but two 1GB modules. On the D620 notebooks, one of the ram modules is located under the keyboard. If you have a 1GB under the keyboard and you are looking to upgrade to 2GB, you will only need one of these modules. If this is the case, let me know and I will list a single 1GB module for you.

It is best practice for them to be matching, but it is not necessary on most machines.

This laptop was already parted out and sent in various directions. I do have more to go through. i have one listed now, and have a few more D420/430, 620/630 and 820/830 machines as well as E6400s and a few older lenovo machines i will be listing in the next several weeks.
