I received him as a gift from my college graduation, and he's been in a box ever since. He's very clean and not matted at all. Also includes a silver and black picture frame that holds a 2" by 3" picture. It has a Graduation cap and diploma on it. Also included is a plastic necklace (similar to mardi gras beads) that is bright blue and says "Congrats Grad" with stars.
