The listing, Portable cell phone charger/battery backup - BNIP has ended.

Compatible with most USB powered devices. This is about 4 inches long. Comes with a MICRO-USB to USB charging cable. Has a key ring so you could attach it to your key chain or something like it. Smart chip prevents overcharging.

If you don't read the whole description, that is not my fault. All items are described fully & are As Is.

Please don't ask me to change starting bid, GIN or number of days. If there's no GIN, I'm willing to discuss it.

Shipping & Verified address must be sent within 7 days from auction end. If I've emailed you, especially more than once & you don't respond, I will relist the item and keep the credits.

Is the charger solar-powered, does it need batteries, or do you need to plug it into an outlet?

You plug it in, you would charge it in advance, just like you would your phone.

I have the same one I'm sure of it and it doesn't fully charge the phone its a temporary charger if I'm right it chargers it for only a couple minutes

You may have the same one, but I've have 3 types of battery backups, 1 of them is this kind. If you CHARGE IT CORRECTLY it can fully charge your phone. In fact, one of the backups I have had fully charged my phone twice before having to recharge the backup. It had to be FULLY charged each time before you use it
