Some info on Malachite:

Stone of Transformation & Emotional Clarity

Malachite is a stone of antiquity, with a history dating back as far as 4000 BC. Legend tells us that the ancient Egyptians obtained their Malachite specimens from the Sinai peninsula. The Book of the Dead indicating that the Egyptians believed that the goddess of the sky “drops stars on the earth in the form of green stones."

Malachite teaches one how to take responsibility for one’s own thoughts, actions and emotions, releasing inhibitions, and encouraging one to express true feelings. Malachite also allows one to feel empathy for another; of ‘being in his shoes’ so that one may be more understanding of the effects of thoughts, actions, and emotions.

Malachite may help one to look deep within oneself and to stimulate instinctive and intuitive reasoning, allowing for positive change which in turn facilitates advancement. It is an excellent stone to clarify the emotions, for allowing recognition as well as release of negative life experiences which one may not or cannot recall. Used with caution, this transformation shall be strong, gentle, and thoroughly cleansing.

Can you prove its real malachite? As pretty as it is it looks like composite malachite, its made from resin and dust from the real thing. Not trying to start problems just not wanting to gin and it not be real!

I am not sure what kind of proof you would like to know that it is real. I haven't seen real Malachite with the "striping" that you see in this one. I haven't seen a lot of "composite" Malachite because very honestly Malachite is a dangerous stone when you are grinding it or you have "dust" from it. With out proper ventilation and masks you would be literally committing suicide to playing Malachite dust. Now I am not saying it doesn't exist I am just saying it is not something I am going to play with. Now a polished piece of Malachite is not dangerous but anytime you are in its dust then you are at risk. I can understand your concern and all you have is my word for it. Now you are welcome to check out my feedback I have nothing but happy bidders. You should be happy with what you GIN. I don't refund for buyers remorse and I want all my bidders to be happy. I believe in the healing properties of the stones and want my bidders to have the real stone so that they get the real healing properties of that stone. Feel free to ask any questions you would like me to answer. I don't think you are trying to start problems because you didn't say anything rude or mean you simply asked a valid question. So No Worries=) ~Namaste~

Since I traveled all around the world to the mines I bought from to make sure that the conditions and wages for the people working them were safe I can tell you I know that this is real. However I encourage everyone to do the research for themselves and will leave your site up and encourage people that if they have questions they can look at your site and I encourage them to look at as many sites as they can because there is so much good info out there that to look at just one would be to cheat ourselves. Thank you for taking the time to share. ~Namaste~
