I just had a rude bidder that needs to read the listia rules. if your gonna harrass the seller over and over WHERE IS MY STUFF I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN IT BY NOW....lol really? Maybe u should not be on listia if your like that. I always ship out within a couple of days. Lets see sometimes weather,delays,broken down mail truck and many more reasons your item still has not gotten to you. Please dont be a prude or just dont bid if you are such a busy body. I take what I do seriously! Thanks and happy bidding! Anyone else have these issues with buyers? And how do u handle them?

I have had this problem. I state in my rules that even if a person does GIN with me that it may take up to 7 days for me to ship out (via my health) according to Listia rule. I 99.9% of the time ship out much sooner. Once I send it off with free shipping and handles and with tracking then it is no longer my responsibility. If they don't like these rules then don't bid. I find that most people don't even read the rules but I understand your pain. Been there!

Oh my goodness! I know exactly what you are going through! I had a lady buy a collector teddy bear. She was something else ! She hounded me from the day she won! I had to wait 4 days to cash my check and when I finally sent it, the clerk at the postal place got the address mixed up and sent it back to me. When I explained what happened she tried to have me banned from listia! I got it back out the next day.. then she told the listia moderators if it wasn't at her post office at a certain time she was demanding all her credits back!

Ok..we get through all that.. then she accused me of ripping the arms off the teddy bear! She wasn't paying the shipping back and she only wanted to pay half the credits! Being the awesome site Listia is.. granted all my credits and all was good! I pray no one will ever have to deal with someone like this! I think her name was nancy something. . BEWARE!! LOL
