The listing, Hand Knit Dish Cloths has ended.

These are technically dish cloths of 100% U.S.A. made cotton, but they make pretty doilies under a plant (plus they're absorbent if water gets spilled), or they can protect a good dining room table from getting scratched. They are machine washable but I don't recommend bleach as they will fade. I use a bleach alternative. They measure approximately 9" across. The white one actually has lime green and blue specks throughout.

I'm glad they bring good memories for you. I've been making these for years and I have sisters that get upset with me if they don't get new ones at Christmas.:) My mom got me started doing them. One of my favorite patterns is of a lighthouse.
