this necklace is brand new without box or tags. it came as the chain for one of the charms i have and is too short for my taste. again it is new, never worn........just been sitting in my jewelry box. Free Shipping as always......i usually ship within a week of end date and always send out "in the mail today" notices to my auction winners. I ship regular mail and once the item is in the USPS hands i am no longer responcible and do not refund credits with out valid cause. thank you for veiwing and/or bidding on my auction.

Does it hang 18" or is it 18" from end to end?

the total length from end to end is 18 inches....when you buy a chain from a jewelry store and they say they have 16, 18, or 20 inch chains they are measuring from one end to the other or from clasp to clasp
