Unstretched it's 3 1/2. Stretched 7 but could stretch about another inch. This is new never been worn. Thanks for asking. :-)

Most are about a size of a sm marble the bigger ones are about a dime size. The beads are not real big. Ask all the questions you need to. Thanks. :-)
