The listing, Rush Hour 4" Black Velvet Heels size 9/10 has ended.

Black velvet "Rush Hour" 4" heels. Worn once, then stored in the closet until now. Note: Some of the velvet come off a little bit when rubbed. It isn't to bad, but i want to be honest and let you know. :) Beautiful...Strap fits around ankle. I wear a size 9 1/2, and these fit nicely. It actually says size 10, though. They fit anywhere from a 9 to a 10. :)

Shipping will be about 10.00, and i will ship it in Styrofoam bubbles to keep it nice.
