Hello, the first picture is the first one ever made. The second picture is the last one made. Each one is one of a kind as beads and metals are in and out of stock ( It's my most popular request!) I would say that the 2nd picture is what it will look like as I have all those beads in stock. You can choose which gemstone & metals dangle from the bracelet. The leaf hasn't been available for some time. Everyone prefers the heart one anyway! I hope that answers your question.
