hi -it sure is--the dull orange scott #c19--the scott #16 & the scott #24 are the high priced airmail winged globe stamps----BUT, still this is a GREAT AUCTION with a nice representation of this stamp-{#c19}

ALSO, can any knowledgeable Listian throw any light on "ERRORS"
or "VARIATIONS" in this issue ?
i have, in my possession, one specimen with the price in "chocolate"
color while the rest of the stamp has a slightly orange tinge.

hi-simply a discoloration of the color of the stamp-over time stamps tend to fade /discolor due to a variety of conditions.
