This is a samsung Sc-1200. It was connected thru Verizon. The only thing that comes is the phone. It will work on straight talk but you have to buy the kit. Other places idk about you will have to check with them.

It isn't prepaid. It does not come with a sim card and idk how much to Florida. I have to check the flat rate but its usually about 5.50

It won't work on straight talk. Its locked to Verizon.

straight talk uses both dsm and cdma (sim or no sim) it just depends on the phone you buy.
