I think Giochi Preziosi is the manufacturer, copyright holder, etc. These guys are from a line called Gormiti: Invincible Lords of Nature. They were a collectible game, consisting of the figures and game cards. Your figures are Gheos (at left) of People of the Earth. and Electricon of People of the Volcano (Magma).
