i think what thirteenthmuse means is that once you list it as free shipping under the rules of listia you must stand by this and you cannot charge so even if someone wins and they know you want shipping you cant charge them now if they dont wanna pay
for future refrence if you arent sure if you can afford shipping list it as exact and then you can offer later to pay for shipping if it turns out you can pay yourself
