Large black mesh dog harness. Used, but not much. My pit out grew it very quickly. Good material, metal D loop for leash. Bought as large, but would say more if a medium.

do you think this will fit a mini doxie. he is 18lbs. kind of chubby.

I added a picture of the dog I had bought it for. Without seeing your pup, i can't really answer knowledgeably. I hope that helps. I will be taking my own personal measurements after work.
