not to be rain on ur parade this actually IS a tobacco product. I have several brands there is nicotine in the changeable filter however the smoke is water vapor soo the smoker gets their nicotine and non smokers are happy because they aren't being harmed however u can buy filters that have certain levels of nicotine and some have none so please check ur product I'm not goin to flag u cuz this is a great acution

you could say that it is because of the nicotine but according to the producers of the item they also claim that it is not a tobacco product. there are only a few drops of nicotine that are in each cartridge. you could almost consider it to be like the nicotine patches they are not a tobacco product but still yet contain nicotine.
