Like new male/puppy belly band,My dog gained 2 lbs they do not fit properly.They have never actually touched his body,or been wet on at all. The proper way to use these,A feminine pad is used for extra protection. I use thin overnights with wings, If the accident does accrue the band its self doesn't get wet.The measurements are as follows:
14 in. long.
3 in. of Velcro. Can be made to be 11 in. round waist on your puppy. Velcro is very sturdy/hold is awesome.
4 inches wide.Band
This has been washed,never dried in the dryer.
