I am not sure if I understand your comment... but yes I give the winner the ability to either have me send an email through Listia or provide another email address for me to send the codes to. I will send the Listia email either way, but if the codes are sent to alternate address I will just say that an email was sent to (insert email address) on (insert date) at (insert time) so there is a record of everything.

Yes, I agree Listia does not have the code IF the Auction Winner chooses the alternate email option. I do have a data base on my own with all the codes, who won, and on which date. So I can provide the information quickly AND I keep all auction emails in the yahoo server (I send out through my Yahoo email service provider) for my protection.
