No ,first is their is no selling here, second the feathers in question are eagle these are not.,shaft and quills determine what it is, if any question see and look up what the goverment says, the look up who can have them. Ie bone feather ect. What is being offered is an old kids toy.

Fabric Looks Im guessing from 1960 to 1980 This was sold in stores as Kids toys
sometimes they came with Tomahawk and drum Great condition well taken care of

Unfortunately Antique Shops sells items that are not old Iv seen items that are less than 10 years old in Antique Shops So know you know

That is correct. Not only is it illegal to sell eagle, hawk feathers, other birds of prey etc., it is also illegal to possess except certain tribes can possess for ceremonial purposes. There are lots of regulations, fines plus whatever will be confiscated and if you are legally entitled to possess, you end up in court having to prove it. It ends up being a big mess.

Those are painted feathers . I'm not an Expert But I know feathers . I was at a Pawn Shop once And there was a spear that had a real Eagle on it . I asked the owner if he new he had a real feather he said No and I don't want to no . I did let Fish & Game .
