Update: I checked with a blacklight, and these are not glow in the dark or flourescent.

I don't have a black light, so I can't be sure; it doesn't glow in pure darkness, but it does have that yellowish/green color that glow in the dark items have -- i have a friend who may have a black light so i will try to find out for sure before the end of the auction

Oh my bad I thought it might been a charged by the light and then glow by itself without a black light. I under stands now what you mean. Sorry I didn't know what you meant at first in the description. Thank you for clearing that up for me.
