just a few qtns. it is new? smoker home? any obvious signs of wear and tear, stains, rips..etc? I really like this! Perfect for someone i know :)

It is not brand new, a friend of mine actually made it many years ago, I don't remember ever using it. Smoke free home, it has been in my closet for a while now. I will post a picture of the back of it later tonight, it is same as front, but no writing on it. No pockets on the inside either.
