A 1950s jewelry finding that comes from a NY Garment Center Factory that went out of business in the late 1960s. My mother-in-law went to Out of Business Sale and purchased cartons of this kind of finding. There is a pin on the back. I have a few of these and some have rusted on the back. Some wear on the silver metal but an interesting rhinestone setting. Just add rhinestones for a nice retro pin. Measures 2 1/8" X 1".
