If you would like to have FREE SHIPPING on an item that is LISTED WITH shipping due, please let me know before any bids have been placed and I will create a GIN for you that will include FREE SHIPPING. I will add 1000 credits for each $1 of Shipping + 100 credits to list as GIN and 200 credits for the item itself if listing is under 200 credits.
