Am a Life Member of the American First Day Cover Society since 1982, a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of First Day Cover collecting. Not exactly. I will furnish the envelope and packing material - buyer pays for the exact amount it will cost me to ship it to a non U.S. domestic location via PayPal. If inside the U.S., there is no charge for shipping. Cheers.
