Sega Mega Drive Handheld Console is factory sealed and includes 20 built-in 16-bit SEGA licensed games... such as Sonic and Knuckles, Golden Axe and Altered Beast.

In addition to a color LCD screen and built-in speakers, the handheld Mega Drive also features a TV out connection to enable game-play on a big screen.

The console includes classics such as Sonic and Knuckles, Golden Axe, Shinobi, Ecco the Dolphin, Alex Kidd - Enchanted Castle, Alien Storm, Altered Beast, Arrow Flash, Crackdown, Decap Attack, Dr Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, Ecco Junior, Flicky, Gain Ground, Jewel Master, Kid Chameleon, Sonic Spinball and Shadow Dancer.

Is this one where you can add additional games to the system?

I don't think so... Nothing on the package says that additional games can be added. And I don't want to opened the sealed package to find out for certain.
