Not touch screen. Instead of the tracking ball it has a track pad. Yes the home charger will be included.

will it work with boost mobile ? cause i have boost with out a sim card..

No it will NOT work with Boost Mobile. That is why I won this but the BB8530 is one of the few Sprint phones that will not connect. Yes, you can have Boost w/o a sim card only Boost IDEN (walkie-talkie) phones require a sim card. CDMA phones do not.
