The listing, LOSE WEIGHT with my Weight Watchers Secrets has ended.
I lost over 70 pounds over the course of 3 or 4 years. I lost a lot of it because I was doing weight watchers.
This listing is for a list of 10 foods/drinks with a very low point value. My favorite is a type of bread that is 0 points. This is using the old system not the plus points. In my opinion the old system works better and is easier to fallow especially when doing it on your own. Plz no rude a\comments arguing my opinion.
GIN gets a really long list of at least 30 foods, drinks, and tips. In a PM or email. Email will include pictures of some of the products.
If your doing the new system most of these tricks will work too. I will also include a link to a site where you can calculate your daily points if requested.
Weight Watchers is an effective way to loose weight. You can do it on your own. You don't actually need to join their program. I've done it one and off for years and never gave the company a dime. Please remember to also many sure your eating healthy foods and exercising while doing it.

This is using the Weight Watcher's FlexPoints system. Not PointsPlus. FlexPoints is easier and more effective (my opinion). You can calculate points values and such on your own without ever joining the program!
