It is a denim shorts 1 peace :-) it has ruffles at the bottom and tie around at the top. Olny tried on, never worn. It's button up and is soooo cute!!! It should be around 4-5 dollars tho I paid 25.00 for it and olny took off the tags to try it on and never wore its really super cute!!!
