These cute little fall looking, turkey decorations have a plastic cup insert inside a little flower pot. They're great to set on your table or mantle around the fall holidays with mints, peanuts, or anything else you can think of that would fit in there. My sister in law made these back in 2003 to put on the table for Thanksgiving dinner with peanuts and mints in them. She's pretty creative with crafts, and does a great job making them!
They're made from fake, cloth like fall colored leaves as the turkey tail feathers. The body part is made from a small clay flower pot, and the head, neck is a wooden ice cream spoon. The beaks are made from a piece of orange foam rubber. There is a button with a straw bow on the turkey necks. The bottom of the pots have a heart shaped orange piece of thin foam rubber as the turkeys feet, and also helps hold the turkey's in place. The pots are a little over 2" tall, and 3" wide at the tops.
