The listing, TV Tuner Card has ended.

Not sure if this works. Had gotten this a few years back for an older computer to use for watching TV on, but decided to upgrade computer and get a TV at tax time. I don't currently have a way to check if it's working. The board is manufactured circa 1998 by STB Systems for Windows 95/98 computers.

I try to ship my packages out within 48 hrs of receiving your Listia VERIFIED address. Listia rules allow for up to 7 days after receiving your address. I ALWAYS use tracking for both the winners benefit and mine.

You can get drivers for any windows operating systems however is it a quantum tuner

Not sure if, or what a quantum tuner is. So can't say for sure. It has FM in, TV in, audio in, s-video in, and video in on the metal area. The cable attached to the top of card is for audio out. I hope that information helps you to decide if it is a quantum tuner or not.

I don't have the manuals or drivers, but I did find a site for you to download drivers from. Again, not sure if they will work or not. Hopefully you can find a driver that will work for the card and the computer you are using.

As far as I can find from my research, it won't work on newer computers. At least I don't have the computer experience to make it work. This item is for Windows 95/98 systems, probably Gateway computers.

The company that makes this component still make NIVIDIA graphics card, but I don't know if it will work in a Vista computer. If you Check with your local computer repair shop they will be of more help specific to the computer you have and if it will work or not. It is a STB System TV tuner model 1X0-0660-301. Hope that helps.

Auto correct on phone the statement was ment to ask if it was a QUAM tuner not quantum tuner. A QUAM tuner is for Digital broad cast reception.
