FREE: Wood Grained Embossing Folder

The listing, Wood Grained Embossing Folder has ended.

This is a brand new wood grained looking embossing folder by Darice. I love this one because of the beautiful knot in the middle! As of right now, I only have one of these folders. However, I will be bringing out several other embossing folders in the next few weeks that would be perfect for scrapbooking men's pages or for making men's cards. However, ladies like woodgrain too!

If you need some help learning embossing techniques, there are lots of demonstration videos on you-tube and by Tim Holtz on timholtz.com. Tim likes to use a light sander to gently rub the top of the embossed item to make it pop. Anna Griffin does the same thing, but she likes to also use a brayer and put washable metallic ink in the folder then run it through the embossing machine. Then, just wash off the ink. She also will use an ink pad and just dab the top of an embossed image.
