This is a very light weight 100% cotton top from Laura Scott in like new condition. It is dark blue with embroidered flowers on the 4 button chest of the top. Very thin light elastic at the waist, collar and sleeve, I think mostly for design purposes to add the touch of ruffle peasant style. Perfect for dressing up with a cute skirt and some flats or a pair of capris for fun in the sun. Sure to be a go to top.
