125 days. Another old-time favorite with good winter field-holding abilities. Danish Ballhead produces well-protected, sizable 7-10 inch heads, each weighing 5-6 pounds. The interior flesh is light green, mild, and tender. A real champion, it is a very dependable general-purpose cabbage for kraut, slaw, and cooking.
