Beautiful new sterling silver ring with great detail on the band and a large ruby cabochon set with no prongs to catch on anything. The band has an antique feel to it and the top is a shiny silver that is a more modern design. Very unique and interesting. Ordered this for myself, but too small.

I have sent message to vendor to determine if this is natural or not. I believe it is, since they mention on other items when they are not the natural ruby or gemstone.

Is the ruby natural or lab? How much does the head of the ring measure? Is it 10mm by 10mm?

says 10 mm and its square so assume it is 10mm on both sides. don't know if manmade or not. can usually tell if cut, but since it is a cabachon, it is hard to tell and didn't specify when I purchased

This is a good size ruby. If you get it tested by pawn shop (for free) and it turns out to be natural, you can get a lot more credits! Get it checked if you can.
